J. Scott Albright, Project Manager

Scott Albright has been a member of the Constantine Commercial Construction team since 1999. He began as a project superintendent and through his initiative and superior management skills developed into a project manager/estimator. He adds a very broad range of knowledge in all aspects of construction.

Prior to joining Constantine Commercial, Scott owned a contracting firm, started in 1990. He was in charge of all day-to-day activities including daily work loads, manpower, bidding, projects, payroll and vehicle maintenance. His company primarily provided maintenance services and construction improvement work to residential management companies such as Brodie Management, Lincoln Property Company, David Feldman Group and Crestar Properties, to name a few.

Before starting his own firm, Scott was a key player in the James Kay Corporation, an excavation company started by his father. He learned how to operate heavy equipment and became well versed in estimating quantities and time frames in the earth moving process.

Scott has participated in numerous charitable functions such as Habitat for Humanity projects and Christmas in April (building projects for less fortunate families). He also chairs the property committee at St. Marks Lutheran Church in Hampstead, and is a member of the Church Council.
