Constantine was the successful bidder on the interior fitout for PSA Financial.

This project presented several challenges, most of which were a result of a very aggressive schedule. PSA's lease was to expire and they only had (110) days for construction.

The project consisted of a complete fitout of 41,000 square feet including a state of the art cafe, training center and conference center. There are (80) private offices, featuring aluminum glass fronts, as well as common office areas which feature open landscape. The design incorporated extensive custom millwork, stone flooring and high end finishes throughout.

There was only one way to complete the project within the confines of the aggressive schedule—develop a team approach. Constantine took the lead in fostering a team environment involving the building owner, PSA and the architect.

Through the combined effort of all team members, the completion dates were achieved and the project was successful for everyone.
