The Gebhardt & Smith project consisted of a full floor fit-out of 18,500 sq. ft. This well established law firm wanted to change from customary old school finishes to an updated contemporary look. This involved the use of a lot of glass, Sapelle wood panels, fabric wall covering, wood flooring, marble floors and very decorative lighting. The challenging part of this project was to coordinate all of these finishes into a very aggressive schedule (14 weeks), which was necessary due to Gebhardt & Smith already agreeing to vacate their current space at the World Trade Center where they had been a tenant for 30 years.
We felt honored to be trusted with such a tremendous responsibility for the complete corporate move and makeover. As the project progressed, we began to establish a growing relationship with our new client. This hands on approach and willingness to work together was the key to completing this project on time. The Constantine team worked very hard to develop and cultivate these relationships and insure that not only would the client be satisfied at move in but Baltimore would also have a wonderful business office for a long time.
"The quality of construction of our new offices is absolutely impeccable and the service which you, Scott, Allen and your other staff provided to our firm was excellent in all respects. Without a doubt, your company has mastered the art of providing high quality construction and great service to its customers at very reasonable prices. You should be proud of the organization you have built and the pride that your staff takes in its work." (read more)
