Portfolio: Fasig-Tipton Sales Pavilion

The Fasig-Tipton Sales Building is located at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, Maryland. The building built in the 1970’s was in need of renovation and updating.

Fasig-Tipton is based in Lexington, Kentucky and needed to have a local representative they could trust and depend on to take their concept drawings and have the project constructed.

Constantine coordinated with a local architect for design and permitting. We provided initial budgets for construction and worked with the owners to Value Engineer the project to meet their budget.

The project required complete demolition and reconstruction of the restrooms, food service area and sales offices. The building was completely sprinklered and a new water service was installed to support the sprinkler system. All new theater seating was installed, paint, carpet, ceramic tile, partitions and many structural modifications.
