Portfolio: Elite Spice

Constantine Commercial began working with Elite Spice in the spring of 2005, ironing out details, code issues (elevator requirements), scheduling conflicts, and budgeting. Construction began in March, 2006. Constantine worked diligently at developing this relationship and the trust that would be associated with completing a project of this size, while keeping their current operation up and running.

Elite Spice was a different style of job for Constantine—not every customer wants to transform a manufacturing facility into a showcase of upgraded labs (a new product development lab, a quality control lab, and a research and testing lab).

One of the biggest challenges was completing the work (including a new ADA elevator) during operating hours while not disrupting the daily functions of Elite Spice.

The final addition was a conference room complete with a state of the art culinary kitchen to be used as a training/testing facility as well as a great way for Elite Spice to woo potential spice buyers. Needless to say, Spice stock is up!
