Portfolio: Calvert Hall College

When Calvert Hall College High School decided it was time to upgrade the interior and exterior of Keetly Hall, the Board of Trustees and the architects called on Constantine Commercial Construction to be part of the team.

The upgrades and renovations will be a multi-phased project to be completed over several years. Due to the extended time line, the design team and owners wanted to draw on Constantine's expertise in forecasting and budgeting.

The major portions of this project need to be completed during the summers, when use of the building is reduced. The owners knew Constantine's reputation for aggressive project management and its commitment to maintain schedules.
