Portfolio: 100 West Road

When the owners of 100 West Road decided to give their building a major facelift at the entrance and atrium, Constantine Commercial Construction was awarded the project after a successful budget/bid process.

The up-grades and renovations were broken into two phases (interior/exterior) to be completed over a one year period. Due to the impact that affected the buildings existing tenants, Constantine was called on to use their experience and expertise in working around occupied businesses to minimize the inconvenience to these tenants.

The exterior needed to be completed before cold weather set in due to the quantity of masonry products specified by the architect. The challenge on the exterior was to keep the main entrance accessible and safe while achieving a complete transformation from an archaic to a new modern entity.

The interior phase was to introduce to a drab atrium, an exciting water wall, teak arbor and stainless/glass rail system at the five public balcony levels of the building. Constantine’s aggressive scheduling, design capabilities and attention to quality made this project a natural fit.
